As you can see by the list below and photos there is a large choice of pleating styles available. It really is subjective although there a couple of things to consider when choosing a pleating style. Firstly how much stacking room do you have available for the curtain. It’s nice to be able to get the curtain as far off the window as possible to allow as much light into the room as possible. This can be discussed with the consultant when you make an appointment. Secondly do you enjoy a structured look to your drapes or a more “casual” look. The fabric composition and the pleating style will influence the overall style of your drapes.
